Email compromised

My email stopped working earlier this week. Telstra reset my password and reactivated the account but it required another step which couldn’t be complete because they’re running a skeleton staff. 
I received an email today stating that my email program is incorrectly set up for BigPond Email with Outlook.com

nine of the links in their email work. I tried to manually reset the incoming and outgoing server details but this has only worked for one of my email accounts and I can’t access my other addresses. I’ve tried this on both my MacBook and my iPhone. Any tips?
