Email SPAM Filtering and SPAM Scores in Webmail

I have had an issue since January 2019 where legitimate email is being sent to my webmail spam filter and therefore not being delivered to my inbox and ultimately to my mail client. Telstra tech support, Platinum support and three complaints managers cannot resolve this issue mainly because they don't listen. Is anyone else suffering from this issue where your legitimate emails possibly from being redirected from another domain are going to the spam folder? Please let me know so I can escalate this issue higher.

Incidentally, does anyone know if there is still such a thing as Australian Tech Support at Telstra and how to access it, I'm over Filipino techs?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Email SPAM Filtering and SPAM Scores in Webmail

Try emailing postmaster@bigpond.com with a description of the problem, along with examples of the emails that are being incorrectly classified as SPAM.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
