Email timing out

My Telstra Webmail keeps timing out,been over 24 hours now after being promised in chat several times it will be rectified.

I cannot send emails they sit in my outbox in outlook and when I go to webmail it says it cannot retrieve any emails   4 days now!!! had enough

Wow! You actually got through on Chat?

My emails are also timing out, but I can't even access Chat or anyone at Telstra to report the issue.

Apparently an internal problem and working to rectify it.

Believe Me I'm heading to Aussie Broadband as soon as I can access my Emails.

My emails also timing out on webmail PC. can't reach any Telstra Service. Phone or Chat. Why do we use Telstra. I am starting to ask myself.

Today still having the same Problem with Web Mail i have some 122 Messages in my Sent Folder but they wont load at all  Similar in my Inbox there are a few messages (It shows the actual Number eg 8 ) but also will not load I dis see a message on the Internet that they are working on the Time Out issue,but as yet nothing!  Grrrrr! Thank goodness that my Windows 10 Email is OK.

Hi, I think I am having the same trouble. Logging onto bigpond on safari it shows the inbox but no messages and then after a minute says it is timed out. 
It is frustrating As you cannot download or send emails.

i tried different computers and internet systems , still nothing.

Still happening for me it’s been over a week now 

Just can’t rely on it I think it’s time I looked into another provider

Apparently it is suppose to be getting fixed this week sometime.

Don't hold your breathe though.

Best if everyone reports it to the TIO (Telcommunication Ombudsman)

The More Complaints may get it resolved sooner than later.

Been over a month now for me and its sporadic at it's best.

You should raise a complaint with Telstra first, then TIO if necessary.

Maybe you should read all the posts and not just the tail end.

I have complained to Telstra on several occasions and told bull**bleep** everytime.

I receive SMS updates every few days saying this week it will be resolved.

Over a month and still no result is beyond a joke.

Don't shoot the messenger,but by all means stop that pidgeon.

Your previous post did not mention that you had already lodged a complaint with Telstra.

 

Good luck with your TIO complaint.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
