Email to @bigpond addresses getting blocked as spam?

We use office365 to email our clients and as of this morning all messages to @bigpond addresses are getting blocked:

Reported error:

550 5.7.350 Remote server returned message detected as spam -> 558 5.7.1 5D8928450462F4CC Message content rejected due to suspected spam. IB703

DSN generated by:

SYXPR01MB0768.ausprd01.prod.outlook.com

Remote server:

extmail.bigpond.com

 

All messages are plain text and contain no links or attachments.

 

Nothing has changed in our setup and it has been working for years. Please help

Hi, Please getting in touch with Microsoft support team regarding this as I had similar issues and was able to fix it by contact them.

And forward a copy of one of the blocked emails, along with a brief description and contact details to postmaster@bigpond.com so that they can look into it.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
