Send an email to postmaster@bigpond.com and include the following (so they can investigate the cause):
- Exact dates and times of when you tried to send the email.
- Preferably in the following format (dd-mm-yyyy) (hh:mm AEST).
- Sending domain/email address
- IP address at the time of attempt
- The exact Bounce back message/s
- A copy from the message that you have tried to send (including any signature and attachments)
- Your contact details
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
