Stopped receiving emails about 2 weeks ago.  Can send OK.  Web mail OK so problem seems to be in outlook - any suggestions.

Possibly because updates have not been done or successfully installed??

You should check your settings and reinsert your password.

If all fails, you could reinstall Outlook, ensuring you have backed up any emails you need to retain.

If your Bigpond email ever stops working on a certain device.


-Remove the bigpond email from the device

- Add email address and password back into the device


This should reset any settings and get the email address talking back to the Bigpond server again
