Re: Email

Hi @Youngy54,

That's certainly a strange webmail issue, does it seem that the browser is having trouble loading the body of text within the email itself?

Does this issue happen to different browsers and devices?

Re: Email

every thing look's good - email's are listed just fine - when I open the email to read, every thing opens alright, but there is nothing to read, no text in the body etc: - a box appeared yesterday saying that "there was a problem loading the body of the email", it disappeared before I could get a screen shot. ?

Re: Email

I have the same problem using internet explorer 11 windows 7 works Okay in Firefox and Chrome. Suggest you change browsers, there are a lot of sites that are no longer compatible with Internet Explorer 11.

Re: Email

Thanks Yastiandrie - I just tried that, no change - the way I'm getting around the problem at the moment is; I'm now forwarding the emails to another email service provider & I'm getting the complete email.
