Hi, I had 5 hours on hold to Telstra to log that there is an issue with my server and I can’t receive or send emails from my outlook. I have had no notification fromTelstra to say this issue has in fact been registered and am not sitting on the phone for another 5 hours to Telstra to find out what a going on. Not being able to use outlook is affecting our ability to run our business effectively. Suggestions?
