Emails being flagged as spam

We often send out emails to our workers own private email address. About 120 at a time. We have done this for a few years without problems and nothing has changed. Today we had about 20 emails bounce back. Mostly from bigpond.com. I have checked with our VPN provider. They say our mail configuration is fine. We are not blacklisted anywhere. I tried sending a test email from a different account but same domain to a recipient with different content but that failed also. The sending server is mail.accurohomecare.com. Could someone please help? This is the bounce back email: This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. Forward a copy of the bounce email, along with your contact details to postmaster@bigpond.com so that they can investigate.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
