I have suddenly lost all my inbox and deleted emails. Can anyone help/ There is just nothing there.

Hello,

As there are different versions of BIgPond email, you should ring BigPond technical support on 133 933

I also have lost all my webmail emails, contacts and folders etc after a bigpond operator changed my service from a pop3 to IMAP and now I find myself using outlook instead of bigpond webmail and I have been trying to get this info back via their tech support with no luck and varying answers with one operator asking have i tried turning on and off my modem...does anyone know personally of a way to retrieve my old stuff
