Emails to bigpond are being rejected

Hi

 

We have been having trouble with the message below to all our clients who have a bigpond email address. The two message files we received back are provided below.

All our emails are under our company domain and we would only send one or two of these per day - probably less.

 

We have some urgent emails to these clients which really need to be sent before next Monday so I would appreciated any assistance with this matter

You'll need to email postmaster@bigpond.com from memory with the above information so that can resolve the issue. Not sure what there response time is though.
