Error retrieving inbox mails using webmail

Answered

For the past few days I am getting an error message "Your messages could not be retrieved please try again later" upon loggin in using webmail on my android phone, each time requiring me to drag down to refresh/retry a few times before I can get my emails.

Today I have tried many times and still unable to retrieve my emails in my inbox. I have since tried to access my email using webmail on my computer and an iPad mini with no success, still getting the same error message above.

Please help.

Re: Error retrieving inbox mails using webmail

This sounds like it may be an account issue, so your best point of contact will be Tech Support on 133 933 or Accounts on 13 22 00.

If this keeps occurring, it maybe due to your account being compromised and you should take action to address this by:

- Update your security software and scan each device that accesses your mailbox

- Change your password to something completely different to any that you had previously
