Gmail with attachments not received by bigpond emails accounts



For work, I am sending an email with attachments from my work gmail account to a number of people (approx. 250).  Those with bigpond accounts have said that they are not receiving these emails.  I am not being alerted either that these have not been received by a bounceback of any kind.


For one of these people, they have told me that they do receive an email from me if it does NOT have an attachment, but once it has an attachment, it seems to be sent to the black hole.  Nothing can be found from me in their junk folder and I am saved as a contact to try to help me be recognised as friendly and not spam.


Can anyone help?
