I can't log on to Telstra mail
There is no option to reset my password. I'm using my Telstra ID password. Is this correct? I'm getting error "Your request could not be completed. Please try again." "

You need to use the password that is associated with your email account, which will only be the same as the one as for your Telstra ID if you set it up that way.
