Level 2: Rookie

I've been having an issue with members of a group not receiving emails.

Answered

If seems that if a member of the group sends an email who has a Bigpond address (we'll use mine as an example which is a XX@bigpond.net.au address) and some of the group also have Bigpond address they are often not delivered. It is not specific who sends them or who receives them but it seems it's only Bigpond to Bigpond. They are not sent to trash and there is no rule in place for that address. I'm unsure who is using Outlook but I certainly am. Significantly puzzled.

Hi daylef.

Sorry to hear of the troubles you are having with your Telstra email.

The first thing to check is to log into webmail via https://email.telstra.com to see if those emails landed in your junk folder. If you use an email program to manage your emails, you should also check the junk folder within that app.

You can also make sure that you have added your friends to your safe sender list and double-check that they haven't been accidentally added to your blocked senders list.

If that doesn't work, please check out the verified solution offered here to others having a similar issue: https://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au/t5/Telstra-Mail/Message-content-rejected-due-to-suspected-spam-I....

You can go through our troubleshooting tool for emails: https://www.telstra.com.au/support/category/email/fix/troubleshooting-for-telstra-mail.

Let us know how you go.
