TELSTRA BACKEND ENGINEERS PLEASE DO SOMETHING
Has been 2x months Level 3 Escalated Bigpond Support - Nothing Done to rectify this Migration mess
Yes, I have done everything you requested a dozen times (I am an experienced information systems engineer).
TELSTRA SIMPLY CLEAR ALL YOUR SERVERS OF SPAM
Problem: No INBOX / Endless Loading Loop / SPAM stuck on Telstra Servers / (No Subject) &/or data in Inbox Emails cannot delete, cannot add Junk mail rule, cannot Block sender / cannot See sender / Unable to view any incoming email in Telstra Webmail login www.telstra.com/email

Also have the Inbox loop suspected spam problem. When I click on the " Go to problem solved" it goes now where.
What is the fix?? any help out there........

Can you please try the following:
1. Log into webmail via https://email.telstra.com and check for any forwarding or reply rules within settings. If there are any settings that you are not expecting, please remove them and then change your password via My Account to a different password that hasn't been used previously.
2. Do a web search for "what is my ip" and enter that IP address into: https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/ and follow the steps to de-list your IP if found.
