I’ve logged into Telstra webmail to view my junk mail (for some reason, junk mail doesn’t show in my iPhone).
There is an important email address whose emails continually get sent to my junk mail. I have added the email address as a contact, and it still happens. I see no option to add the address as a “safe sender”. Also, when I’ve marked the email as “not spam” the email disappears from “junk”, but does not reappear in my inbox ... it just disappears. How do I fix this?
