Locked out of Microsoft Live

I have just switched to Telstra and quite frankly it's been a nightmare. Now, after agreeing to be remotely accessed by a consultant attempting to get my mail account working I find it doesn't work and I've been locked out by Microsoft. Another consultant has attempted to fix it but it was clearly beyond her. I have been promised two call-backs but the silence is deafening.

I have attempted to resolve myself (I finally got a code texted to me) but that doesn't work either and I receive a message that I have to contact my organisation.

Does anybody have any ideas how to resolve this situation?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Cheers
