Lost Emails
Hi, I received a notification on my phone of a new email. When I checked my computer there are no new emails. The email seems to have vanished, not deleted, trash or spam. This has happened regularly over the last few months. I am using Outlook but have also logged in to Telstra webmail and had no luck.

Re: Lost Emails
Typical notification sound and you could see the new email in the list on the phone. Then checked the computer and it had vanished.

Re: Lost Emails
It could be that your email client settings on the phone are set up for a POP connection to the server, which can be made to download the email from the server, hence you will not see it on the computer.
If so, change your mail settings to use IMAP (instead of POP)) which synchronises the emails across each device.
