Message content rejected due to suspected spam. IB703

Hi Telstra,

 

One of our clients is currently unable to send any email to bigpond.com addresses. They are receiving the below rejection:

 

extmail.bigpond.com rejected your message to the following e-mail addresses:
'xxxx@bigpond.com' (xxxx@bigpond.com)
extmail.bigpond.com gave this error:

A problem occurred during the delivery of this message to this e-mail address. Try sending this message again. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.

The IP address the emails are comming from is: 119.31.231.61

I have checked the server to see if it is blacklisted anywhere. I have also made sure the SPF record is correct. 

 

Our client needs to be able to send to bigpond addresses to be able to contact staff/volunteers and clients of theirs.

If you are experiencing this issue please take a look at the Accepted Solution provided on the following thread Message-content-rejected-due-to-suspected-spam-IB703 Once the Postmaster gets the relevant information they can investigate this for you.
