Re: message content rejected due to suspected spam OB703

Hi KJS3.

We can certainly get this back up and running via our Technical Support team who manage issues relating to suspension of email/mailboxes. They will be able to get this active again for you. You can also read more about this here https://tel.st/vc9ma3;

Please speak with our team via the My Telstra App messaging service (link here https://tel.st/g8kpu9). Just click on the "Get Help" menu icon and then click on the "Message Us" button and type "technical support suspended email" and a member of our team will be in touch to assist you with this.

If you get stuck on the Telstra Assistant, you can type "Consultant" to get through to a Telstra Expert.

You can also try calling on 133933 or 1800 834 273 but wait times are long at the moment. Be sure to also record any reference numbers you are given so we can follow up here if needed.
