myid has disabled my outlook mail app on my phone and laptop
The only way I can access my emails is via webmail only via the new myid
I have tried for half a day to reset and reset and reset again but I cant get access to my emails on myid now?? Spent half a day talking on chat. I just want to put everything back the way it was.
This is so frustration I have all my bills that are sent to that email that I now cannot access at all.

If you can access your emails using Telstra WebMail then you have the correct email address and password.
You could look at your Microsoft Outlook settings and check that those parameters are being used.
