new mail box

Hi all, YES I am in the wrong area but I have a problem with getting an additional mailbox from being accepted and the support area does not work??

The issue is I have requested a new additional mail box and it shows as completed , but the confirming email never arrived and it seems in limbo?

If someone can flick this to the right area or let me know where I can get help I would be very gratefull.

Have you tried opening the new account in Webmail? or adding it to your email client? That is the true test.

 

It wouldn't be the first time an email from Telstra has been sent to the wrong place, it could even have gone to your new account the way support is these days.
