Not getting all our emails

Our bigpond emails have been working fine up to date but we have just discovered that we don't get all of them. One was from the GIO and they said they were having problems sending emails to bigpond accounts.I have a feeling Telstra may have installed a new spam filter and it seems to think valid emails are spam and deletes them. I can get the sent to my Gmail account and they get through but not via bigpond. Any help appreciated.
