Not receiving emails from Netflix

I am not receiving emails from Netflix. I am attempting to reset my password with them, and no matter what, the emails will not go through to my Inbox or even to my Junk folder.

Are you 100% sure that netflix has the right email address?

 

If you are using a Telstra/Bigpond email address, how are you checking it? On an email client (Outlook, Gmail, thunderbird etc.) or using Webmail?

I have not touched base with Netflix, but I when trying to reset the password, I have definitely been inputting the correct email address.

I have tried checking through both Outlook and Webmail.

If you log in to Netflix, you might be able to confirm your email address and password, or reset the password..

If I could login to Netflix I wouldn't need to reset my password.

True that, but it seems neflix don't have your correct email address..  

 

You should contact Netflix Support to check and maybe fix the problem ..
