Hi all, I recently purchased a Swann security system that runs on wifi and you use the Safe by Swann app with it. When I try to register on the app it sends an email to verify and I am not receiving that email so cannot proceed with the setup
I have tried calling Swann and they say it is not their end. Could the email they are sending be somehow blacklisted with my email

Have you checked the junk folder Telstra Web mail in a browser for the email.?
