Our emails to Bigpond addresses are being blocked

HI,

 

We are not listed on Spamhaus Have checked SPF records on MX Toolbox no errors.

 

We manage purkle.com.au website and send emails to our registered members from purkle.com,purkle.com.au domains - emails send to bigpond users got bounced back with bigpond.com suspects your message is SPAM and rejected it?

 

Please help.

Similar to the messages left here, we are also experiencing the following error mailing bigpond (.com and .com.au):

 

5A243B0003F8B378 Message content rejected due to suspected spam. IB703

 

 We are a US based service provider and have clients mailing Bigpond among other users and geos, and the main issue is there's no clear dictionary and guidelines as to what are Telstra's best practices. We saw also few times the response : "422 Connection refused. is blacklisted in Telstra RBL list banner rejection" --> the IP/domain used wasn't listed in any blacklist and sent out legitimate mail only.

 

What is the hourly ratio you expect per IP? We don't send over 120 per hour as above that we noticed you cannot accept the messages and responding very slow, meaning we can never deliver all our messages on time like that (with Gmail for example we have IPs delivering 100,000 messages per hour). So what do you suggest?

 

As I understood after firt public message I could write privately.
