I have found emails in my junk mailbox (33) when I have logged onto webmail via the internet. None of them are showing in my Outlook Junk Mail or Inbox when I open it on my computer, and are only transferring to my Outlook inbox when I do it via webmail and then refresh my Outlook. Can anyone help with a solution, as I have lots of contact for an organisation and I am missing important emails.

Re: Outlook not showing all emails received
POP will only downloading emails from the server inbox and no other folders.
You may need to just on webmail and mark the emails you want that are going to junk as safe senders and/or setup rules to make sure they don't end up in the junk folder.
Alternatively you could backup your POP mailbox, and resetup the account as IMAP in outlook. That will synchronise all the folders and changes made to any email in any folder on one client/device setup as IMAP or the webmail/server, will synchronise across all other device/clients setup as IMAP and the server as well
