Paid Email service

How do i reinstate my Paid Email service when i cant log onto my bigpond account. Every thing you try says to login to your account but the account has been disabled. Well done Telstra

You would need to contact Telstra by sending a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get a response and you receive a notification through the app when someone responds.


Note: since 29th September 2020,  the Telstra Mail service is not available to new customers and the retention option is only available for 12 months for customers who leave Telstra. The paid option is no longer available.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
