Provisioning

I haven’t been able to get my emails since 18 April. I’m told my account has been deleted and has been in provisioning since 19th for reactivation. How do I hurry reactivation up? On chat I’ve repeated myself every day to someone different, they are no help. It’s very stressful. Shop employee says ‘just be patient’!!!

Did they tell you why your account had been deleted? Do you have a Telstra Home Broadband service?

Have you contacted Telstra via the My Telstra app, or just via a Telstra Store?

 

There may a problem getting the account reinstated as Telstra Mail are not creating new accounts any more.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
