re-activate a bigpond mailbox
i can't send or receive emails, a pop-up box keeps asking for my password, and rejects the entry, The same password successfully get me into My Account.
My Account says my mail box has been de-activated.

Have you recently changed plans or moved home? Anything else you can tell us? I know this may sound quite obvious, but have you logged into your account online, then gone to the "Manage your email accounts section"?
It could be a Telstra fault (always check here first http://servicestatus.telstra.com/ ) Type in your postcode and see if there is a problem in your area. Otherwise get onto Bigpond tomorrow during business hours on 13POND (137663) and go through the process.
