Not sure about frustrated by we are using Telstra webmail &, WINDOWS 7 on a desktop and the error 558 has stopped emails being sent for over 2 months ......I wonder what I'm paying foir at times.

Perhaps like all good system operators the system should be reset to a previous version from about "October" when these problems were not happening and sort the problem from there.  

 

If the migration to "W10 and mobile freindly device software" is the problem  then leave the old system going and run diffenert software on those 'systems'

Can you please try the following:

 

1. Log into webmail via https://email.telstra.com and check for any forwarding or reply rules within settings. If there are any settings that you are not expecting, please remove them and then change your password via My Account to a different password that hasn't been used previously.

 

2. Do a web search for "what is my ip" and enter that IP address into: https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/ and follow the steps to de-list your IP if found.
