Cant select the email account to re-activate (as it no longer exists - was closed accidentally today!). Cant contact call centre to reactivate due to Covid-19. Anyone had this problem before?

Sorry to see there have been issues with the email account.
If an email account is suspended, we need to verify the account
holder's details for security and privacy reasons before reactivating.
Unfortunately it would be necessary to contact us via phone, or visit a Telstra Shop,
in order for us to perform an ID Check, as customers in this scenario
may unfortunately be targeted for identity theft.
