Re: receive emails on mobile but dont get some on laptop
If you are missing emails on the laptop older than 14 days or 7 it could be email client on mobile device is set up as pop account and is set to remove emails from server after 14 days. If this is the case check settings and change to never remove emails from server.
If missing emails are older than a month and email client is set up as IMAP account it could be set to only synchronise recent emails. If this is the case check synchronisation settings on account.
