Resetting Passwords on secondary email accounts

I have a primary and 2 additional email addresses linked to my account.

 

I have moved to a new computer, and cannot recall the passwords for the 2 additional emails - consequently I cannot set them up in Outlook.

There appears to be no way to manage email addresses and/or reset "forgotten" passwords through "My Account" on the Telstra site.

 

This is extremely frustrating given that the "estimated wait time" for tech support is 45 minutes (give or take 15 minutes).  This should be an easy fix, but it appears that this has been an ongoing issue based on various threads on this Forum.

 

Can anyone advise if there is an easy and timely fix to resetting "lost/forgotten" passwords for additional email addresses?
