Why have I not had any response from Telstra regarding my outstandingprobelm with my email for over 2 weeks and the follow-up complaint (SR 1-752469562788) even though this has been escalated several times after I have called Telstra to find out the progress. While it has now been fixed I have had no response at all from Telstra as to what the problem was, how it was fixed and why it took so long even though emails were sent to my Case Manager for their response. I beleive that Telstra Customer Service has major issues and therefore Telstra has a real issue in stating that higher pricing means better customer satisfaction. As a long time Telstra customer, a previuos Telstra employee and a share holde this is of major concern.
