Set up Bigpond email on second device

I have Bigpond email set up on my desktop. Want to also set it up on a new laptop. How can I do this? I am aware I could just access webmail online through the Telstra site, but that has less functionality.

You can add the bigpond account to multiple devices and email clients.

Just have a think about the pros and cons of using IMAP or POP accounts to do it. My own preference is IMAP to sync all devices that access the account, but it can mean that some emails get deleted by accident if you are not careful.
