Spouse Email

I have two email accounts with Telstra.  Mine went across quite readily with the email crossing software.  My spouse's email account did not go across at all.  Tried three times still no go.  Tried manually by copying settings from my account but failed there as well.  Email program is Microsoft Office Outlook 2010.

Hi JET872

Did your spouse also get an email saying she was being moved to Telstra Mail or did only you receive notification?

We've spread the migration out across the whole year, so even if email addresses are attached to the same account, they may not be moved at the same time.
