Hi all,
I used to receive eMails via a mail forwarding service provided by zoneedit for many years. A few days ago, they dried up. I logged a ticket with zoneedit whio advised that bigpond are blocking their mail forwarding service. They also informed me that this has occurred before and that they are very slow to unblock them. In looking to log a support ticket with Telstra, I have been directed here.
Con someone advise what is the process to have them unblocked ?

You would need to forward a copy of the bounce message, along with when the problem started to occur and your contact details to postmaster@bigpond.com
