Telstra email

All of a sudden not able to receive emails 

- Cannot get mail the server “mailbigpond.com” is not responding verify that you have entered the correct account info in mail settings”


People that have been sending email have informed be that account suspended.  

How is this error fixed?

There are lots of people reporting this problem, I haven't seen any advice from Telstra on this or as to the reason it is happening to so many people.

so I just keep directing people to this link below, where I already helped one of Telstra's harshest critics with the same problem.



I don't work for Telstra, Never have, I am just a Telstra customer like you.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
