this is all gobbledegook to me!!!

can anybody tell me why I am not receiving emails via my regular route.  I can only see my emails if I go to Telstra and log in EVERY TIME

Has your BigPond email recently updated to the Telstra Mail platform? If so, you should have received an email with details on how to update your settings for any email client you use.
