Unable to deliver to bigpond email addresse

I need to send bulk community service emails to my clients.  I am continuing to have more and more bounceback from Telstra email addresses.  


The latest error is: 


550 5.7.1 Connection refused from IB110


Is this an error by my mail merge software or is it Bigpond email server error / security control?


Im at the point where I need to tell Telstra users to switch to something else so they can receive the email addresses.

Sending the emails in a bulk lot could be triggering spam detection on the Telstra Mail server.

Set it & forget it
