Unable to intermittently deliver to bigpond email addresses

Having an issue where some emails are not being delivered to bigpond email addresses.

 

Final-Recipient: rfc822;{recipient}@bigpond.com

Action: failed

Status: 5.3.2 (system not accepting network messages)

Remote-MTA: dns;extmail.bigpond.com (203.36.137.234)

Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 5.7.1 Connection refused from {xx.xx.xx.xx}. IB109

 

This appears to be intermittent ... some are processed and some are not. If I resend to the email address that failed, it then works. Is anyone else having this issue?
