Unable to login to email. error

Hello. Have not been able to access my bigpond email account as I continue to get the same error: "Your request could not be completed. Please try again". I have used Chrome, Firefox and android and still no luck.

I am able to access my Telstra account fine, its only when I try to access the webmail I get the same error. Tried online assistance and they were no help as basically reset my password...which is not the issue as the same password applies for both webmail and Telstra login. Not sure how long ago I last opened the email account but no more than 100 days of inactive use. 

Any ideas?

Your best bet would be to have a chat with the live chat team as they normally handle web mail issues.

It definitely sounds like an account issue though if you've already tried on multiple devices and browsers.
