Unable to send emails using Outlook



I've been using a mobile broadband for almost 3 years now.


I have a tpg email account that was setup with mail.bigpond.com as outgoing server. 


So far for the 3 years I have not had any issues, but as of today I cannot send any email from my Outlook. I keep getting an error that the connection is refused for and to contact the ISP. 


I removed the outgoing server authetication and the Outlook test fails, hence no success.



I will appeciate if I can get some assistance.

It's fixed now. I had to remove the IP address from the blocked list via a webaddress. 

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
