Unable to verify account name or password

Several problems with my bigpond.net.au email so I deleted it and went to add a new account. when trying to sign in I get 'unable to verify account name or password '. I can log in to Telstra and webmail successfully. I do not use keychain as some suggested a long time ago. Any suggestions please.

I also tried in settings but to no avail.  had a break then tried everything again and on the 4th attempt (nothing different) it worked.  Just love technology.  All seems good now ...

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
