using telstra mail on entourage

Trying to migrate my email to Telstra email has been an absolute disaster

My bigpond account was set up on Entorage 2008 on my MAC. The nset up wizard failed and the following the manual set up unstructions was useless.

I cannot access my email and don't know where to start. I am tech savy and usually can follow what's required but this has been a complete nightmare!!!!!

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: using telstra mail on entourage

Hi have you tried using the secure email settings.  I know entourage 2008 on Mac can be problematic using the more recent secure email settings, have you tried using SSL with authentication. If this does not work I would recommend you upgrade your email program or access using the browser.

Or alternatively via a browser
