I look after the website for a children's sports club. Currently BigPond is rejecting any email which contains our domain name.
"bigpond.net.au suspects your message is spam and rejected it"
Our website was hacked and blacklisted over a week ago, but has been cleaned up and locked down and is cleared from any blacklisting for several days now according to sucuri net. It was not on the Spamhaus blacklist.
Who do I contact at Telstra to get through to them that it is safe to remove our site from their email filtering?
The recipient whose email was blocked has contacted Telstra and was told to contact the web host NetRegistry. The support staff at NetRegistry say the domain is not blacklisted, the server is not blacklisted, and we need to contact Telstra.
