I have tried the International Call Centre about this but they were unable to identify the problem.  I have searched the boards but can't find an answer.

 

I open 'Media.telstra home page, go to the top right and select webmail as instructed.  Enter email name and password and receive the message.      Your request could not be completed. Please try again.

 

Oddly, I have no problems with accessing emails on my phone (Nokia windows phone) but not on my desktop (Win10).

 

Any ideas?  Thank you.

Try restarting computer. Do complete restart don't use shut down as this does not reset all settings. I occasionally can't access Telstra My Account and WEB mail and the only cure is to restart my Windows 10 computer. I can temporary log in by turning Wi-Fi off and then back on while trying to log in.

 

You could also set up the WEB mail app to access your emails.
