my Opel phone
oon the Advice! of my daughters I bought a phone with a SOS button, I am 85 years of age, I asked Telstra to connect this in place of my existing phone, so use the number, they confirmed receipt and after a long time, its must be months, nothing heard, could you do the SD card loaded and all, setup for 1/2 years prepaid. Going to the city at my age I get frustrated by todays traffic.
Thank you very much.

Re: my Opel phone
Hi waterlander,
Please don't post personal details like your mobile phone number and customer number on Crowdsupport as this is a public forum.
I've notified a Moderator to remove your details.
Telstra stores don't reply to posts on Crowdsupport.
It would be best for you to try calling the Midland Gate Shopping Centre Telstra store on (08) 9274 1877 to see if they can help with your situation (if that's the right store you're trying to contact).
Hopefully they'll answer their phone when you call...as most Telstra stores don't answer their phones or return calls when you leave a message.
